Additional wine varieties will be available for purchase. Ticket check in and boarding will begin 30 minutes prior to your departure time. June 5, 13, September 4, 12, 18.
Reservations made on the Valley Gem Sternwheeler by phone or through our website are 100% refundable up to two weeks prior to your cruise date. Within two weeks of the cruise date, the refund policy will be as follows:
Cancellations received 7 to 13 days prior to your cruise date, will receive a 50% refund of the ticket price.
Cancellations received 2 to 6 days prior to your cruise date, will receive a 25% refund of the ticket price.
No refunds will be given for cancellations received within 48 hours of your cruise date.
