Reservations made on the Valley Gem Sternwheeler by phone or through our website are 100% refundable up to two weeks prior to your cruise date.  Within two weeks of the cruise date, the refund policy will be as follows:

Cancellations received 7 to 13 days prior to your cruise date, will receive a 50% refund of the ticket price.

Cancellations received 2 to 6 days prior to your cruise date, will receive a 25% refund of the ticket price.

No refunds will be given for cancellations received within 48 hours of your cruise date.
