We try very hard to stay on schedule. We strive to leave on time for every event and we achieve that goal a large percentage of the time. We also work very hard to commit to 30 minutes of boarding time. However, the river can sometimes have other ideas. River current, wind, and barge and boat traffic are all factors that are out of our control and can sometimes effect our return docking times. Our crew works hard and as quickly as possible to turn the boat around for the next event. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Please also note that if your ticket does not specify which boat you are on in the title of the event, then you could be on either the Valley Gem or the Major/Riviera and we reserve the right to switch vessels if river conditions, weather or scheduling requires us to do so.
